Employee and family assistance program

The Employee and family assistance program (EFAP), provided by Dialogue, is included in the Core coverage offered by WSP and is also provided to all employees. Through a mobile or web application, it gives you, your spouse and your dependents access to free professional support to help you manage life challenges, whether they are work-related or not.

Mental health

As part of the mental health service, you and your dependents also benefit from the internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT) program and unlimited psychological services.

Employees without benefits and temporary employees have access to all EFAP services, including the mental health service, with the exception of the complementary services described above.
