• WSP will provide you with matching contributions to help your savings grow:
  Remember that the employer match is based on your own payroll contributions. You may wish to maximize them before allocating flex dollars to your savings accounts.
  • If you decide to put money aside to invest in your projects
  • If you want to become a shareholder by investing in the company through Own It

The status you choose determines the amount of flex dollars to which you are entitled and influences the cost of your coverage.

Flex dollars are first used to pay for all or part of your medical care—including vision care—and dental care options. Note that vision care is included in the Balanced and Enhanced options only.

If you have any flex dollars remaining after selecting your insurance coverage options, you can use them to:
